How do I get help with a game?
Email support@midnightlabs.app with your device model, operating system version, and a short description of the issue (screenshots help). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
I have a problem with a purchase or want a refund.
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store and Google Play, so refunds are handled directly by them:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple’s refund guide.
- Google Play: Google’s refund guide.
If something went wrong in-game (for example, a purchase didn’t deliver), email us and we’ll make it right.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your store account, not by us. Cancel anytime:
- iPhone/iPad: manage Apple subscriptions.
- Android: manage Google Play subscriptions.
How is my data handled?

How do I delete my account and data?
